Three years ago I suffered a major blow to my elbow. I had xrays and (to my surprise) it wasn’t broken and the Dr acted like she couldn’t have cared less. So for the past 3 years I’ve been suffering the symptoms of what seems to be a pinched nerve. Since it’s been so long with the pain often coming and going to the slightest touch, would a cortisone shot really do any good?
Since my boyfriend and I have been dating he has had a sciatica nerve problem, it’s been about 8months…when will it get better?? he is always in pain and can’t work and I’m just wondering what the best solution to his health problem would be? he has had physical thereapy and pain medications and muscle relaxers but it doesn’t seem to be getting better.
