I’m almost 36 weeks pregnant with 1st baby and I really would like to give birth without any pain relief. However, if I find myself struggling to cope with the pain I would like to use only gas&air. Anyone who used only that and coped well????

I am not familiar with entonox at all. I had an epidural with my son. I think when you are in labor and you are experiencing what it feels like you’ll know what will be best for you. Pain relief options affect everyone differently and all people have a different tolerance for pain so don’t stress out trying to make your decision now. Wait to see how you feel when the time comes. And remember if you decide to use the entonox method and it doesn’t work for you, you can always opt for the epidural later. Good luck and start getting excited. You are close to experiencing the greatest moment in of your entire life. That I can guarantee.
